Congratulations!If there is no oath ceremony, you need to mail your daughters PR card to them?

That's what the agent told when I called them last week. They said once her application is approved they will send an email to physically mail her original PR card and then they will send another email to download certificate. But, to my surprise I got an email to download certificate this morning and when I registered the certificate was readily available to download.

IRCC impossible to reach I guess 7 weeks since LPP completed. I believe they forgot about us and doing new applications
