So this means that they are slow with Nov AOR across the board.

Still faster than what IRCC says their current processing times. Also it varies a lot between streams (I am CEC Nov 20th and still nothing ! pretty much all CEC wait at least 3 months to get just BIL). I do feel December might be faster than November but dont think we have enough numbers to say so, and again depends which category you look at.

I didn't call IRCC about VOs but in my PPR letter, RROC is mentioned.
So I think PVO = RROC Ottawa, SVO = New Delhi, India

They are checking your criminality, security and info sharing. No one can tell you how long it takes because it depends on your file, it can take one day and can also take couple of weeks. What’s your AOR ?

I just called the agent told me that they transferred my application RROC Ottawa. Hopefully thats a good sign. I am still waiting too

RROC usually helps with priority processing for essential occupations. is your occupation in healthcare maybe ?
