That’s not a technical issue email. That is actually bio fee letter. Open PDF and follow the steps. Else you will behind to get the BIL. Thanks.

What is this dumbassery on the IRCC WEBFORM ?
I paid my bio fees today and now i'm trying to attach the receipt on the Webform. Now there's a question:

"Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada? (required)
Yes
No"

I'm Outland and without gcms, I obviously got no idea where my application is being processed. What did y'all choose here? I don't want to select the wrong answer and get my Webform stuck in limbo.
Ideally the VO for my country would be Singapore. My study permit was processed there 10 years ago.

I chose NO… because the initial application goes to case processing center in Sydney

I submitted a web form with the biometric receipt attached. However, didn't receive any acknowledgement (automated). Did others receive any? I am getting anxious of whether it went through or not.

I actually paid the bio fees after my application on Nov 10. It took them 2 weeks to acknowledge receipt. And then they sent the payment request again on Friday… so just attached the same receipt again - no confirmation yet. Fingers crossed hopefully we get BIL this week

I actually paid everything all together (all the fees) the moment I submitted my application. AOR Nov 20th. No BIL ou update yet

I think some of us didn't get the option of paying for our biometric fees while submitting the initial application. We had to pay via a different link, once we got an email from CIC.
