I’m Nov 10 AOR, paid bio fees after submission. Waiting for BIL

Me too, paid today and web form updated to ircc.

I’m CEC, with AOR Nov 06…I didn’t receive any email about paying the bio…Should I wait?

It’s up to you…IRCC has started requesting it so you can wait for them to ask.

Same here.
I got this email even I paid Bio Fee and submitted to IRCC via Web form on Nov 16.
I guess this email from IRCC would be a general notification to all the applicants who did not pay Bio Fee within the application.

If you got the email even after paying the Bio Fee, I think it was a technical issue as others have mentioned in different threads. Did you get the BIL yet? You are Inland right? Looks like the Inland applications are moving slow compared to outland.
As for the R10, in the email attachment they mentioned I'm gonna get the BIL after paying the fees so it seems R10 is passed at this stage... ?

Yes, PNP-Inland. My AOR November 16, and I paid Bio Fee same day later by following IRCC instruction.
I did not receive BIL or any other update.

I paid as "per applicant". I think "family" will work as well.
The amount for 2 people is the same.
IMO, I do not think this is an issue if 2 people in one application.

My AOR is imm5794 with application start with E00xxx not CANxx. Is it right? my agency submit and receive it on 18 Nov.
