I've got an email saying that there is a letter and I have to check the GCKey.
In the GCKey, inside the application (where you see all details and statuses of each step) at the bottom there is a section "Messages about your application". There was a message "Medical report..." which downloads as PDF.
My VO is unknown since SA letter didn't include it and I didn't bother to call. I presume it should be Warsaw VO but I have no information to confirm.
I just noticed that, like you, I am now a "Newbie". I joined up in 2020 and have made over 400 posts on the forum. All are gone except today's. I guess I pissed someone off and so they erased my history.

Ok po grabe ... My wife's eligibility on pr tracker is completed on 4 April. Background check not started yet. How long it will take for manila visa office any idea?

Wy wife's eligibility and background verification on tracker show as "not started". Her medical exam shows as "completed". GCKey shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" and "We are processing your background check." It also shows medical exam as "passed' on March 11, 2023. So, I am guessing maybe GCKey has more current information. But that might be wishful thinking.
So your application seems more advanced than ours. I really have no idea how long you might have to wait from this point. Taking into account the posted 16-month average overall processing time, that means we both have about a year to go. I hope it won't be that long.
I am back in Canada for the summer. If no answer by end of September, I'll go back to the Phils and stay with her until the matter is concluded. If it takes 6 months from October, I'll stay 6 months. I was there for 4 months this winter. We tried for a TRV so she could have some time here during nice summer weather. Denied, of course.
