I was on a facebook citizenship site and someone asked what to put in the subject line of the Oath paper when they email it back.
Some people put screen shots of what was in their Oath invite email and interestingly they were different.
Mine says "In the subject line of your email, include: “Oath form for [your file number], [your family name]”
someone else's said "In the subject line of your email, include: “Oath form for [Date and Time of ceremony], [application Number]”
and yet another one said "In the subject line of your email, include: “Oath form for [Date and Time of ceremony], [clerks initials]”

Why would they be different?

Every office and agent have a specific way. You need to follow it.

Different offices work differently. Follow your instructions.

Completed the ceremony on June 27.
Downloaded the certificate on June 28.

An update....I had citizenship interview on 27th. It did last for 2 minutes. She asked to see my passport and PR card. Than she asked what's my job..since I am a trucker,she asked me to submit my travel history. She further said as soon as I submit that she will forward my application for oath ceremony.
She did give me her email address,and I have forwarded my travel history n waiting. When I asked how long would be the wait. She said 2 to 4 months.
So waiting again....

Test taken......... February 21,2023.
And waiting for the next step.

Asked for citizenship interview on June 27,2023.
Documents verified n asked to submit travel history.

Go to the link above and also check another group specifically for GCMS notes. Basically you request information on your file from IRCC. It is helpful as an insight. Does not help with processing time.

Does it help to track the status of file like where it is or what's going on?

for some people like me, it just showed me when my file was updated last. In my case it was test completed. That’s all. Not really helpful. I just wanted to make sure there was no negative remark in there.
