The FP request is for me and it didn't show up in the tracker at all (just App received -> BG complete)
My wife didn't get a FP request (stuck in App received)

she might be stuck in security just like @ijaz_ch84... You can call IRCC to clarify

I think the fingerprints may be sent to an office other than the one processing your application. In my wife's case her application is being processed by Mississauga (based on the her test invitation email), but her fingerprints were to be sent to Vancouver.

thank you, this is useful information. Now, my wife's FP was submitted on April 19, and it was showing 30 days to submit, should this strike affect result sending from RCMP? i understand it will be about 3 to 4 weeks before i may see any update in tracker.

Public servants, including those working at IRCC, are on strike until an agreement can be reached with the federal government.

According to spreadsheet tracker, it was Mar 20, 2023. Does this detail matter in predicting the decision made date? I hope so coz my BC was done Mar 6, 2023...
