I just noticed that I forgot to add that my background check was completed on Jan 31. I still have not taken the test (still studying) hoping to do it on Friday.

Admin, could you please update. Thanks so much!

IRCC received my fingerprints on feb 22 and the last update was on the 25th but background check is not completed yet .. what’s the problem

The same day I got a ghost update on Feb 23 on the tracker, the ECAS changed to in progress. Then Feb 25 tracker showed BG completed but ECAS was still the same.

Is there anyone else who took a photo of themselves instead of the PR Card on the stupid Step 6 of the Citizenship Test?
I realized it after it is too late, completed the test regardless with 19/20 and emailed IRCC with my PR Card photo.
Do you think my test will be valid? Anyone who did the same mistake?
And for those who did not take the test yet:
- First photo is the photo of the PR card.
- Second photo is the photo of your face.

Someone in September thread did same as you and emailed IRCC . Their test was marked as complete. Unless it was you sending messages in September thread also.

We do not upload anything. But with new system creating lot of confusion.

2 days after the ghost update. No test invite yet.
