I am seeing that people who received AOR in late Oct and Early Nov are getting test invite. Regardless of type of application Online or Paper. So this means online is processing faster as online guys have received AORs earlier than paper. Example Paper application applied in Sep would have received AOR in Oct and October online folks would have received in same month, they both getting test invites. So this implies it takes around 2.5 to 3 months from the time of AOR to Test which isn't bad. But this is just my observation. Thoughts??

• Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

I had such error before. Try to enter UCI without dashes, if you used them.
I'm not sure, but you might need to wait some time to be able to register on tracker.

One more question...in the event that your application is returned, would they email you informing you that your application is being returned so you are aware to expect documents in the mail, or does IRCC skip that and you keep checking your postal mailbox for your returned application?

For people receiving ghost updates, do you get email triggers? I logged into the portal and I see it says updated December 16 2022 but I don't see any change nor did I get an email, should I count this as a ghost update?

They won't notify by email when they return the application package by mail. Have you missed anything and you expect they will return the application as incomplete?
Keep checking your email-mail, and I hope you will get your AOR soon.

Thanks for the response. I don't think I have missed out on anything, but you never know. The AORs have kind of slowed down a bit since a couple of months ago. Its already over 60 days since my family and I signed my forms, and about 2 months since the documents were delivered.

We are in the same boat, my application delivered on Nov 30th, hopefully we should get our AOR's during this week.

They are now sending for applications received in the Week of Nov 23 so within coming 2 weeks you can expect.

AOR means that check is done for completeness.
