So far I have noticed mostly all online personal for October have received their AOR and November has started getting but for Paper applicants from Oct 15th onwards I haven't seen much movement. But if you have a minor with your application we have to use paper only. Paper is a bit slower but again I am talking only on point of view of AOR, not sure how fast paper goes after AOR.
You can't link a citizenship application to gckey. Since you are an online applicant, you can track your application using the new tracker (link in signature). Paper applicants still have access to ECAS in addition to new tracker

Yes, it generally takes 48-72h from AOR to be able to register on the tracker... Keep trying. If it has been over a week, send a webform under technical issues

Does the pr-tracker for spouse sponsorship different for pr-tracker for citizenship? I have a pr-tracker for my application for my spouse. Do I need to create a new one for citizenship application? Thanks.
