Via Canada post u can send it via regular mail to below address

you can still track the delivery of the application from Canada Post

AOR is sent after a couple of months when they are done with review of application and it is found complete

Why did you submit via paper rather than online?

Hi,
I came to Canada in OCT 2018 as Permanent Resident, and I completed my 3 years physical presence.
Though my marriage happened in 2020, my wife joined me in Canada (month ago) she came here on Spousal sponsorship as a Permanent Resident.

Is my Citizenship application will be Single/Individual application? OR Family application ?? ( my wife didn't finished physical presence requirement in Canada.)

Why did you submit via paper rather than online?

Family applications can only paper based at this point

You can apply as single as of now but if u want to apply as family u have to wait for her to meet the residence requirements also as every one in Family applying together should have meet the physical presence requirements

*Please list all your absences outside Canada between 2016-11-28 and 2021-11-27 and select 'Add Absence'. Select 'Calculate'

Should I submit my absence before I became Permanent Resident also?? (i.e between 2016-11-28 to OCT 2018 )

No need to add absence before u came to Canada, if u were in Canada before on work permit /student or some other status then u should add that including absence otherwise not needed, it will calculate the days from the landing date
