Did anyone in the group got their eligibility and background check status updated to complete? Also, anyone with Ottawa VO who can share their timeline for October/November outland?

My timeline is in my signature. Applied Nov 18/21 outland. Ottawa VO. No update since Medical passed March 31/22 (I found out that criminality had passed from my MP). But I'm also very curious to know other timelines for Outland through Ottawa VO.

A friend whose application was submitted in September got passport request.

After Medical completed on his tracker.

Eligibility never started nor background check.

He just woke up one day and checked the tracker.
Eligibility done.
Background checks done.

VO : Accra.
Doesn’t this look strange or is this the norm now?

Wow! That's interesting. I know one of my friend who had similar experience. He directly received PPR email after Eligibility started without ever getting Background check in Progress in new PR tracker. The status on PR tracker for both eligibility and background check was updated to complete the same day he got PPR

No. My MP said IRCC told them Eligibility was in Process, Criminality was passed, security hadn't started yet. Which surprised me, because I didn't know they were separate. I suppose Security has more to do with not being a spy or something haha.
