How can I know visa office?

The only way I could find out which visa office my file was sent to was to write my MP (Member of Parliament) and they contacted IRCC on my behalf.

Sponsorship eligibility approval - April 11th; Medical completed status updated in the portal as completed on 20-Apr-2022.
