I feel like CIC is trying to finish processing 2020 applicants this year.

Would safe to presume that invite would be at least 6 months away then?

Same for me - last updated date is Apr 23 and only background is completed. Thank you for sharing a new citizenship application status check !

Hah, after a bit of a hiatus because I was busy with work, kinda nice to see all of y'all again. Looks like nothing much has progressed, though the new tracker is likely directly related to that 'leak' we saw a few months ago.

Might be good to have everyone use the new status tracker to update the sheets with when their BG check moved to completed (and position of their other timeline components) to get a sense of where the process is stalled internally (outside of the testing/interview portion).

I would say so, but maybe even 8 months following the current trend, but who knows.

I am not too hopeful for us to receive the test invite anytime soon (yeah not even in 6 months at least for Mississauga/Scarborough applicants). From the 2020 spreadsheet seems like mostly Jan and Feb applicants are receiving their invites again its too low (Jan: 35%, Feb: 17%).
Since our analyst @siddharthbala have some time off his busy work life he can shed some light on it if he wants

It is really great to see increased level of granularity and transparency in the process. I am seeing status update only for self and spouse and not for minor children. Is that the case for others as well?

While I appreciate the transparency in the process, I guess any dates / time period thrown around is just speculation and our personal wish for a quicker turnaround. Hoping for all the speculations with quicker timelines to come true.
