Montreal applicants - 1) how soon did your tracker update for Oath Ceremony to be Complete after the oath form was submitted? 2) How long did it take for you to receive your citizenship certificate after the oath ceremony? My ceremony was held on Feb 9th but the tracker still shows oath ceremony as In Progress.

maybe we were in the same ceremony. My tracker too still shows oath ceremony as In Progress.

I had a ghost update today. Nothing's changed on my tracker just the date updated. Any idea what is this ghost update means? Has anyone had similar experience?

In other threads people had this ghost update too and days later they had notifications for the next step in their process.

I almost want to cry!... how is it that some people receive oath letters, and some who've applied in 2021 have already completed the whole process!... I don't understand how they work there. I only had Background check complete ONE YEAR after I submitted my application, on November 9 2021 (btw please add that to the notes on the tracker).
I ordered ATIP notes twice, still waiting for the second ones. Seems like my office is Ottawa :/ Anyone else knows if they are the slow ones?

Go to 2019 groups, people like us are still waiting for oath , there are cases who are waiting for oath for more than 9+ months, people who applied in 2020 late and 2021 are still being handled much quicker, i guess it depends on the KPI's , I think IRCC only looks at the current data, so as the applications go late like for us who applied in 2019, nobody is looking at the data and nobody cares how much time it takes because that is not even recorded or projected in their KPI's

You should write to your MP at least you will get some kind of response. I did yesterday and they replied me today. What they said was already what I knew from GCMS notes.

Glad I'm not the only one! I'm checking everyday and really need my certificate to arrive quick as I have travel coming up. Fingers crossed and good luck to you!

You will likely get in on Tuesday before the end of the day. If not you could try calling Wednesday.

Yes that's correct. I did and they replied so I have to fill out documents for them to contact IRCC. Atleast someone is replying to me

I tried contacting my MP and it was useless unfortunately ; DM Dec 20 and STILL waiting for oath while others already got theirs :'( Montreal office
