A questions. What happens to kids application because mine moved to DM, but my kids application status still shows In Process. Does it move? Or it will not?

hi, I have sent my app in Nov 2019 and received AOR in Feb 2020. Of course, no updates after that.

Now I am planning to go to India for about 5-6 months duration. So, I have few questions.

1) Should I inform to CIC as I will be out of Canada for more than a month. If yes, will it affect my app (processing time)?
2) If I receive test invitation from CIC (I know I look greedy) when I am in India, is there any option to ask CIC to postpone the test or can I attempt it from India since it became online test now-a-days?

Can anyone pls provide answers?

Bad timing to go away. Apparently the iron is hot for November 2019 applicants. If I were you I would just hold off another month to two and you could be all done with this thing.

What if the photo id is not clear during the citizenship test. Will that be treated as disqualification of exam.
Just recollected that I took photo sit back in chair instead of moving close to webcam.
Any advice

Not many people come back to update their status. They want their name to be in the tracker but they don't bother to update when they have updates on their application. So many entries sit stale.

Hello all!

1) I no longer update the tracker. Someone took issue with me telling the thread I made updates, and it wasn't worth the grief. Sorry.
2) Has anyone from Edmonton office received a test invite? I checked with both IRCC and my MP, and was told my background checks were done and I'm just in limbo waiting my turn for test invite.

I exactly have the same timeline (except AOR in Feb) - Toronto. Still waiting for test. Based on my observation, there is a high probability that you may get the invite a bit sooner than Torontonians. May be this month itself. Fingers crossed (because it seems Vancouver office is a bit acting fast compared to Toronto). Good luck!
