I have a question, when you send your application trough regular mail, how do you know it as arrived since there’s no tracking ? Does IRCC send you a email ( other than the AOR ) to tell you ? Or do you contact Canada post ?

1. IRCC doesn't communicate except AOR or return of application.
2. Canada Post doesn't tell on regular deliveries. Just trust it.
3. Only option could be to check with IRCC call centre after 2 months to see if a file has been created.
4. I could have limited knowledge.
