I am calculating the physical presence days, i travel a lot to US for business meetings and i use nexus, i don't have stamps in passport for each travel, all i am relying upon in US I94 travel history.
If i have few days missed just in case but i meet the physical presence days will it create problem for my citizenship application??
And is there any way to get accurate travel history??
Hi everyone! Good luck on your applications! I am going to be sending off my application tomorrow I just had a couple questions.
1.For any areas where we need to list things on the Application form(like the status category, or work experience etc), do I go most recent to oldest or vice versa, or it doesn't matter?
2. For my status list, my last work permit that i got, before I became PR, overlaps with my PR (my work permit was good until May of 2016 but I got PR in January). In the Date status expired, should I put the original expiry date of my work permit (May), or the date I got my PR (January)? Any ideas?
3. Similar situation as in Q2, relates to my passports. My old passport technically expires in August 2020, but I just got a new one made. In the expiration date for my old passport do I put it's original expiration date, or do I put in the date, when I received my new passport?
