Yeah that's DD5474. There are others as well but they updated passport on my application. The officer who had approved and also reviewed before was DD5474.
I have sent emails to 3 different email addresses in the past week. Don't know how to send one Sean Fraser. They have completely ignored 2019 applications.

No ghost updates my side and the usual boring webform response.. we working on it.. we will get back to you if we need anything.. we prioritising those who are exempt from travel restrictions..
The strange thing is that I talked to one of the agents today, they kept assuring me your file is all okay, nothing is alarming. Everything is passed. I kept asking her why am I not being issued a PR then and they had no clue about it. I even brought this up that the 2020 and 2021 applications are being processed and she said please be assured that they are working on your application. I mailed the minister. I guess everyone should. May be they may hear us.

The biggest problem is with your application landing in front of a visa officer which is not happening, the call center agents cannot do anything in this regard.

I thought call center agents could send reminders or something. It's not easy, especially when there's no reason for the delays in releasing PPRs. Also, I heard there's a process like Brought Forward Date (BFD).

To my knowledge, my application is assigned to - SM8376 (last gcms received in October ‘21). I passed my remedical on 2nd December and got a ghost update on 26th Jan’21. Hoping to hear good news soon. Such a long wait this has been…

According to GCMS files Approved. Got my remed req on Nov 21,2021 done in Nov 24,2021 Passed med on Dec 1,2021.Schedule A on Nov 23 uploaded it Nov 25,2021 next day ADR status changes to Not Applicable. since then complete silence.
Now what are they gonna do with the schedule A , do they recheck every thing, background, eligibility ?
