Oh okay. RC 9515 means Ottawa visa office. I have the same thing except that our visa officer is different.

It's approved since agust, 28th, 2020 (the date of the gcms notes)

Usually, it takes about 35 days to reach you. I last applied in August and received them in 32 days in September. There are however, reports of people not receiving theirs even after waiting for 5+ months.

I paid for gcms notes in the beginning of August and haven't received them yet.

You could contact the person/agency that you applied through. I got mine from GCMS buddy. They are prompt and follow up with whichever branch of immigration that issues those notes. I have applied for them thrice and have received them within 35 days always

I contacted them and they sent to IRCC a formal complaint, it was about 3 months ago. Then I contacted them again recently and they replied that they cannot do more in the current situation because IRCC haven't released the notes despite the complaint.

I also think so. I asked for the notes via CBSA instead, hope they will be released sooner than that.

In my experience CBSA is faster and more reliable. I ordered the notes twice, once from IRCC, the other from CBSE. From IRCC it took 3 months and a couple of emails of complain. From CBSA it took less than a month (which I think is the standard time).

Anyone with officer JB01774? Legal Falcon mentioned we need to check the NOTES section Created By in our GCMS notes to find our assigned officer.
