Oh yes it does! I actually found my app on ECAS using only my UCI and even managed to link it without the AOR. We did get AOR an hour or so later.

Yeah I know I said that it doesn't work for everyone same way, because it works with some people and with some people it doesn't, it depends, in my case it didn't, same with funboy101
In my case actually UCI isn't working at all with ECAS even after receiving AOR which is weird

Nope, it hasn't even been displayed yet. I read that one must wait couple of days for the OWP to be on ECAS.

Update: my wife just refreshed her email and she received the AOR. Apparently it was sent yesterday.
