I submitted everything I could find because the company I worked for doesn't exist anymore, so I couldn't get reference letter. makes me a little worried...

Damn just pray they don't ask for ADR that would make things worse.

It's not that weird. I am November 11th with 5 days left till 6 months and Eligibility not started. No notes in the A11.2 section. The only notes are from Program Assistant on R10.

No, they will send you a pencil, you will have to draw the stamp yourself LOL

It's usually about a month. I think you can followup in a day or 2. They usually are very prompt with sending notes out once they receive it.
