Because you are on a phone. You can only see it on a computer. I don't know if there is a way to see it on a phone.

Did u not submit a detailed employment reference letter and pay slips before?

I did submit a reference letter before as per IRCC requirements but not payslips.

This time I submitted a much more detailed reference letter and also payslips, offer letter and relieving letter.

I submitted everything I could find because the company I worked for doesn't exist anymore, so I couldn't get reference letter. makes me a little worried...

Oh that's crazy , Recently a person got an ADR as IRCC couldn't find the companys website and physical address online..

Well, HSBC is not really an unknown company but the Brazilian operations were sold out and both my boss and my team lead are out of the country now (and so am I). My boss wrote a letter, but it's not very official looking, no company head paper for sure
