My wife did it in person with all the requirements said in the PPR letter and they gave her a tracking number which we used to ask the live chat support if her passport was ready for pickup. I suggest to do it in person as she was denied 2 times because of small mistake from her pr photos

In PPR letter they not request me for photos only Passport. I sent photos with application 12Jan 2018. They said in PPR that suggest A courrier for Albanian citizen. When i use track number of courrier nothing update only "collection" passport, in my city.
Does it change your status in Gc key ..Wee need for additional documents...???

Sry for late reply, I suggest that you contact the Visa Application Centre where you send your passport to. For our case we used the online chat since I'm in Canada.

Yes that's what happened to my wife so I did the online chat to confirm if we can pick it up.
When she pick the passport with visa up they already gave her the CoPR and a guide on what are the next steps.
For Philippines there's an extra step where my wife needs to go to a seminar about the life in canada and have her passport stamp with the certificate that she attended the seminar.
Btw take care of the CoPR as it was the one they use as landing papers for my wife.
