When a CoPR is issued, it usually has an expiry date one year from the date of the latest medical test, so you can determine yourself when to travel to Canada within that time frame.

That's the date we have booked our flights for.

My COPR gave me until the anniversary of my medical to land.

Today we received the letter - invitation to pre-arrival services, I also checked GCKey and the background check status changed. When I checked ECAS it says decision made! I guess we have to wait and see?

The timeline of the application is as follows:

WOW! Your spouse and I have almost the same timeline. Although mine is with Manila Visa Office. As for me no decision has been made. I think next would be an email for Passport Request, unless Canada doesn't require Germans for that.
