For how long? Usually it is between 2 weeks and 6 months for some to receive an invite. It would be good if someone can post recent timeline from DM to Oath invite and date.

9 weeks passed since test ,ecas still showing IP . No update news any one similar (Montreal office)

1) We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on November 6, 2017.
2) We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 14, 2017.
3) We started processing your application on January 17, 2018.
4) We sent you a notice on September 7, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on September 28, 2018 at 8:20 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

I had my test on Jan 15th,2019 and today my status changed to "DECISION MADE".I am living in Toronto and my file was processed at Scarborough center.Please update my forum time sheet.

I did not take a test or show proof of language skills, since I am outside the age limit for those requirements. However, the officer who reviewed my documents requested that I get FOIA documentation of my travel records, which I provided when I received it approximately 90 days later, about nine months ago.

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on November 1, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on January 8, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on January 28, 2018.
4. We sent you a notice on March 19, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on April 24, 2018 at 8:30 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment.

Did you ask them which part still in process?

Thank you for your reply, Mehran1! I didn't know to ask that specific question (which part still in process?). When I called to find out what was still in process, they said that all of the documents had been received and that they were reviewing it, that because of the FOIA request it was considered a non-routine application and might take longer than the 12 months for a routine application. I made a request today for the ATIP records, maybe that will have some further information.
