Thank you for your reply, Mehran1! I didn't know to ask that specific question (which part still in process?). When I called to find out what was still in process, they said that all of the documents had been received and that they were reviewing it, that because of the FOIA request it was considered a non-routine application and might take longer than the 12 months for a routine application. I made a request today for the ATIP records, maybe that will have some further information.
