I had a question. If it has been answered earlier, pardon me. The AOR is sent via email if we have provided one in application. Does the rejection reason come via email and the documents returned in post? Or even the rejection reason is in the post with returned documents?

Sorry to hear, i would just get a new set of photos and put it in the package. Costco has good price and they give it out in few minutes with the stamp. Good luck! Other senior members can also suggest.
Everyone who have not received their AOR and have delivery date in the 1st week of November please check your status using your UIC number - it might have been updated. Again, this is my take not basing on any formal process - I am sure some of you will come back with updates !!
They did not refund my fee, they gave me 2 options either to resubmit it or get my fee refunded, I chose option 1. The letter was written on Dec 12 and it reached me on Dec 19.

In question 11, it says to put what we have been doing during our eligibility period, and then it asks "where were you physically located" or the address
Is that address the address of the place we worked/studied or our home address while we were working/studying? This is really confusing.
