That is weird, I am August applicant but passed the test 9 months a go . Did you request the GCMS note . maybe help you to find out what is the problem

What is GCMS? All my inquiries are responded to, but they all say the same thing "no problem, things are progressing normally".

There is nothing much you can do but to patiently wait. I'd shoot a webform enquiry every now-n-then tho.
