hi I submit my application on Nov 6,2017
delivered on Nov 8, 2017

But I received back my application today Dec 04.....returned due to photographs not being stamped and dated by the photographer.
Letter stated to re-submit app with the missing document (option 1) OR to option 2 to request for refund of fee

Question: Do I just need to get the photos stamped and dated then re-submit the letter package they sent me? And do I need to pay fee again?

Get photos stamped and dated (will have to get them clicked again I think), attach them to existing application and mail it back. No need to pay the fee again. You can use the same fee
receipt.

Also, don't forget to write your name on the back of both photos. Make sure to get both stamped just to be safe.

Don't wait too long to send it out, because

Note: Your application will be returned to you if it is:

• not signed and dated
• dated more than 90 days before we receive it
• post-dated (dated into the future).

Thanks for the quick response, I appreciate it....going to find somewhere to get them clicked right now haha then post office in the morning. Smh sigh can't believe photos slowed down my app

I think most of the applications are received within 4-5 days of mailing so please confirm with an estimated date of receipt if you have mailed it using a service which does not track. The folks can help update the tracker.

There are couple who have not mentioned their days, please update once you get a chance.

Hopefully by end of next week we should see the AOR status light up and hopefully Friday before Xmas we should have over 50% AOR for our list.
