I received my SA by email on Dec 10. On my Ecas it says "started processing on Dec 16". That means to me that Ottawa (my VO) is processing my app. You should be able to click on "in process" and see what other info it gives you.
It switched from application received to in process but when clicked still just says the 'we recieved your application for PR on blah blah'. Ecas seems to be a bit confusing. Since it says that the PR application for the applicant is now in process I thought we would have heard something about SA,
So for the people who haven't recd their SA via mail or email, however checked ECAS, under which heading are you seeing the processing, sponsor or applicant or both? Thanks!

although weve gotten SA already under sponsorship it still saids in process and under permanent residence it still saids application received, when exactly is it supposed to change? when it gets to my VO?

As I know PR application status will be in process when VO began to process on your application. And even VO has received it, your application will await its turn. But I don't think they are waiting as much as we did for our sponsor's AOR it's what I want to believe for some of us it took just a few days
Has anyone ordered notes on their application yet or considering it? I heard it takes about a month so I am wondering if I should submit the request soon since mine now says processing.
