It's so unfortunate that CIC returning our CEC applications officially, I got mine today afternoon! So finally its not rumor..

Application received by CIC : Nov-06-2014
Payment : Not Charged
Application returned : Feb-04-2015
NOC : 0711
They left us with nothing, We contributed to the economy, but all is useless. Time to say goodbye & pack-up!

This petition is a bit unfair. It's asking special privileges for PGWP holders. But what about other candidates with any kind of open WP who found themselves in the same difficult situation?
