November 2014 CEC Applications

Just got my application returned. It was arrived at CIC-Sydney on November 7th.
I could see that he package was opened by someone at CIC and was organized the way they needed.
Will have to prepare for EE. Just over 400 points will not be enough for me to get in.
(Waiting for PNP from Alberta Gov't - submitted January 2014 & started arranging LMIA with employer)

It's not "cup" it is the cap.

I can see why some should not be admitted due to language issuesq

it could be a typo.... i see why some people shouldn't be admitted due to dumbness issues.

I have one question which quite surprising to me...why all application submitted after 22 October 2014 not returned?

possibility -
They are returning randomly.....
Or
They are keeping these application to consider in future.......(could be any reason)
Or
They didn't open the application....

I have same questions too are they returning all files... Now they started giving AOR to oct applications.. What if for some whose any documents missing and they are returning it back

I am only getting 400 points in EE, I am cheking if am eligible to apply express PNP in any province , so that I can gain 600 points.
LMIA - I don't think so my company will support , I have my wp till dec 2015. Good luck

They should return till now....I have some positive feelings that they may hold some of the applications .....which reached after 20th Oct

My application was received on the 17th of November and was returned yesterday, 9th Feb.
