Your AINP will be refused unfortunately as you need to be on a valid work permit for them to issue the nomination certificate. However, if you CEC application is accepted into processing, it will continue to process even if you leave Canada when you receive a refusal for the work permit extension.
Thnx for thr reply bud.
What I know that after your status expires then govt gives 90 days to restore your status. With-in this RESTORATION PERIOD, I guess the AOR from CEC would probabily come.
So, should I wait for the AOR of CEC to come & then go back or should I leave as soon as the implied status expires?

Thanx for the reply.
My question is: wether I can go back to my country right after my impplied status expires or should I wait for the CEC AOR under the restoration period?
Would it affect my application if I leave right after it expires?
(I know Implied Status never expires but what I mean by this is after getting the rejection about the work permit extension as I don't have any LMIA nor AINP)
Thanx in advance.
Please update my CEC application details in the spreadsheet:

This thread is awfully quiet about the CAP situation that has happened today when in fact it should be otherwise as November applicants would be most susceptible to be on the wrong side of this if it turns out to be true
I am one of the November applicants and the situation is very serious
Please provide input
Is there anyone whose PGWP is expiring in very near future?
Thanx for the reply.

You will need to leave Canada after your Implied Status expires. You can wait for your AOR in that time period, but you won't benefit from waiting for it. If you provided your email in your application, you will get your AOR via email. If not, then it might be worthwhile to wait for it in Canada.
Implied Status expires as soon as a decision is made on your application. Once you get your WP rejection, you our out of status.
