Can someone please help me to decide whether i can apply for PR via 2171.

I have been in canada for the past 1.5yrs in ICT visa via 2173 since i am doing software architect role.

The cap has been reached for 2173 now,therefore i cant apply for the code 2173 anymore for the current year.

I have 11yrs of experience in IT. Can any one please guide me whether am i elgible to apply for PR in 2171 code.

I want to apply for PR before the express entry arrives. Kindly guide me.

I am submitting my application this week, I am applying from within Canada, I will fedex it to ensure we get it in/its received before December 31st.

I will update once I have notification my application was reciveed!

I am planning to submit my package tomorrow. May I know for the fee payment form. Do I just list my name in section A only? I do not have to sign and date anything right? Since I am paying by certified cheque.

Sorry for asking the same question again. I am confused now due to the cap level of 2173 in FSW reached its 1000 limit.

If you're referring to CEC then you're still eligible to apply before express entry launches there is no cap in CEC for 2173. For FSW please follow the FSW eligibility threads.

Hi,
according to the current waiting time (applicants from middle of August are getting their AOR now) you can expect your AOR in about 3 months .
