I feel , the quota is over and only applications sent on and before Jan 9th 2015 only made it..

This is my feeling .

The NSNP process started on 2nd Jan & its paper documentation(time consuming) so CAP cannot be filled so early , also they have increased the CAP NS need more immigrants this year ...

We need to have ample patience to wait & watch how things will go.

They are accepting application with out job offers. canadian degree will help you in getting more points in EE profile. check the below link

Hi Seniors,

I am preparing to apply for the NSNP this week however facing difficulty in getting reference letter from my current employer. However I have email communication which shows that company is not issuing such letters on company letter head and I am working with this employer for more than 5 year now. Is it ok if I get my duties listed on plain paper and sign and details of my senior with their contact details? Can anyone knows if this works (it worked for some in FSW 14 so asking.)

Get an email from your manager about your roles & responsibility,

attach the email from employer about no referral letter issue.
attach your manager email with R&R
brief description about your Job & Experience.

From spreadsheet 2014, over time pre screening emails were sent longer than early ones, maybe that is rule again ???

Agree. NSNP is still accepting applications . that means they still need more applications to fill the cap. orelse why they bother to receive your application just to return you back saying caps filled......

Congrats on your AOR, I'm so happy for you. I guess it takes approximately 1month before you can get a response from NSOI. I'm still waiting.
