should i apply now for NS PNP ? or am i late ? planning to apply under NOC 1121...
Also, is it advisable to first enter the express entry pool and then apply for NS PNP?

Hi, I am not in Canada yet. No nomination as of today, only AOR. I expect some news in 2 or 3 month

I feel , the quota is over and only applications sent on and before Jan 9th 2015 only made it..

please read the NSNP application guide. it has all the information you just need to follow it.
they asked for copies of the listed documents. however translated copies are needed in case of non english documents.
