You should apply in New Brunswick as the chances would be high in New Brunswick, as you are march applicant in Nova Scotia chances are less.
My suggestion is you should go for New Brunswick.

Information for new members in this thread-

Spreadsheet is serialized according to Application receive date at NSOI.
Entries color will change in the following manner--

WHITE---->> ORANGE---->> GREEN------->> SKY BLUE

When you will enter your details in spreadsheet and you did not get any acknowledgement email from NSOI regarding your application, your entry will remain in WHITE
Once you will get acknowledgement email which is called AOR/ pre-screening email, your entry will turn in to ORANGE.
After that when you would get Nomination your entry would become GREEN
After that when you will receive ITA from CIC your entry would become SKYBLUE

If Your application has been returned or refused before AOR or after AOR your entry would become RED
There are names in BLUE color, these applicants forgot to mention their intended NOC while filling their application form NSNP 100.
There are names in RED color, These applicants either not sure when their application reached to NSOI or they made entry before reaching their application to NSOI.

I accepted it in MYCIC account and now my CRS score is 990 .

After a long and tough journey, I'm delighted to announce the arrival of my NOMINATION. I'm finally going back to my province of origin in Canada.

I was asked to additional document on May 6th, which included;
1. Settlement plan
2. re-write my job description
3. generic form IMM 0008
4. correspondence from SINP
5. Updated statement of account
6. Updated pension fund
7. Why i chose Sydney, NS.

I submitted the additional document on 21st of MAY and today I got my nomination . #
