I will advise you to reject the NS and concentrate on your Toronto job especially as your employer is ready to process your documents. That means your profile on EE will even be better bcos you have a job offer. If you accept NS you have to go and look for a job and you don't know how soon that will be. That's my view anyway the final decision lies with you.

I m planning to apply for NS PNP Express entry.While assessing my points from guide, I got 2 doubts on whether i will get the points with my status or not.
1.Regarding Language points ,
My IELTS scores are
Speaking - 7.5
Reading - 6.0
Writing - 6.0
Listening - 6.0
with these scores may i know how many points i get from assessment grid?
You will get 6+4+4+4= 18 points for your IELTS score
2. Regarding Arranged offer of employment. (10 Points)
Currently I m working in Canada with a closed work permit as a temporary foreign worker under Intra company transfer category since 2012 and which is valid till Mar 2016
With this status, do i get 10 Points on Arranged offer of employment section in grid assessment.
You will get 10 points only if you have job arranger offer of employment from NOVA SCOTIA EMPLOYER

May I know did you send the hard copies to Nova Scotia or did you scan the documents and sent the scanned copies through email?
