It's a bit discouraging because a few months back their website says they plan to reopen 2nd half of 2016...but alas...they're closed for good this year (according to their site)

We can only hope they will do a Saskatchewan PNP and open temporarily hehe

I have got an email from Nova Scotia office today asking to confirm that if ive not got any pnp or PR till now so that they can process my application.
As I have withdrawn my earlier EE profile in FEB 2016 and created new EE profile then should I update Nova Scotia Office now in reply to this mail or after getting File number ?
