I am planning to apply for NSNP 2016 for Demand Express Entry.
1. Do I need to submit Police Clearance Certificate while applying for NSNP?If yes to whom should it be addressed?
2. If I am applying to CIC after receiving ITA through express entry pool draw, to whom should the PCC be addressed?
Just let you know that I just got AOR yesterday for my NS experience application, 35 days after I submitted the application. Are there any update for you?

I have started to work in NS last year and just obtained one year NS working experience this April. I am applying under Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry.

It is the normal processing time or did it take early for u to get Aor? I just submitted my papers first week of May under Skilled stream with job offer from Halifax. And I don't have any idea how long will it take. My employer been asking me on any updates about my application and still don't have a any news to share with them.

I think it is normal. The processing time for NS exp was fast last year until January this year. My friend just waited a week to get nomination under the ns exp stream. But after January, it seems take more than 3 months for them to process the ns exp application. I have no idea about the skilled worker stream, but I think the processing time might be similar with ns exp. I have heard someone applied from skilled worker on April and his application was returned on early May due to uncompleted application. So I assume that it might also take approximate a month to get AOR for the skilled worker application.
Basically the documents required for e-application are all the same with paper based application. Instead you need to fill the NSNP 100 application form online directly and scan all the other documents required for your application and you need to upload these documents during application.
Hope this helps!

Same Case here, I sent my papers first week of april then they sent it back first week of May due to incomplete Documents.
Called NSOI about it then they just asked me to resend all the documents back. Ive also ask them if how long will the process go and the officer said it will take usually 3 months for the result. Hoping here that i could get news from my application this coming first week of June.
Best Of Luck to Us!
Please, keep it Posted!

Scan your document in pdf files and you can reduce the sizes of pdf files using pdf size reducing software. You can easily find them by google. Just make sure all the documents are clear enough for reading after reducing the sizes.
