chances of VISA?


My situation is Same , got offer letter from SASK POLYTECH

And now applied for visa in general category

I also got offer from saskatchwan polytechnic for September intake.. I am waiting for them to send my unconditional offer

My IELTS Score is
L - 6.5
S - 6.5
R - 6
W - 5.5
Overall - 6

I am under Non SDS category. I dont want to retake IELTS. I mailed many colleges to check am i eligible to apply for PGDip. Atlast Anglonquin college gave a mail to apply for it. Can i apply by paying 95 CAD? Is it possible to get seat and visa for Jan intake? Please advice. Thanks in advance.
