My overall band scores are 6.5.
I scored 8 in listening, 7 in reading, 6 in speaking and 5.5 in writing.
What is my visa success rate.
Am I eligible for Canadian colleges.
My educational qualifications are till class 12 in commerce

No one can tell you chances as IELTS is just one part of the process. Officers look at ties to home country, education (grades from past programs) progression, career progresssion (high paying job to pay off high costs), ties to home country, travel history and funds. If you only have secondary then you should be looking at universities. Whether you are eligible for Canadian colleges/universities depends on your grades etc. You need to research the schools to find out the admission requirements for the program you want to take.
