What kind of work permit did you applied for ? Also what kind of document did you attached ?

I have applied for LMIA closed work permit with employment letter with all details of my job with my resume, work permit support letter , Nomination certificate, education certificate

Did you attached All required documents like Job letter, Compliance fees receipt, pay stubs and also did your employer submitted job offer in employer portal and paid $230 compliance fees ?

Yes what you have mentioned above employer did and we uploaded as well and only we have not provided pay stubs bcoz i was doing part time job while studying so their is no proof to show abt my job details only i have offer letter but i have not upload bcoz it was not mandatory requirement while applying

Also what can you suggest for medical do you want me to do again like what's better

Also i can give my medical anywhere and in any country i am having a residency of Middle east but my medical IME form is showing my country address

Order GCMS notes and see why they rejected your application.

Contact IRCC for Clarification: Raise a web form inquiry with IRCC explaining that you already submitted an upfront medical exam for both your PR and WP applications. Mention the date and provide any proof, such as receipts or the IME (Immigration Medical Examination) number if available. Request clarification on whether they truly need another medical exam or if it was issued in error.
2. Consider Completing the New Medical Exam: If IRCC confirms that they require a new medical exam, then you’ll need to undergo it again. Sometimes IRCC requests updated medicals to ensure all records are current and valid during final processing stages, even if you’ve done an upfront exam recently.

But i would like to add a point here like when i gave upfront medical i filled a form in that i marked a column as am doing medical for WORK PERMIT related only

Doesn’t matter you gave medical for work permit or any other visa application, it’s still valid. You can give medical exam anywhere in world and it will be still valid .

I saw some threads that some applicants received the AOR last Wednesday and they submit their application on June 25

That's what I've heard from others. But still no AOR for me.

My question would be, would IRCC say the same? for example if i apply directly to express entry ? with the same noc that i was nominated with? Your help will be highly appreciated

If you apply to Express Entry, IRCC will assess your application based on the NOC you claim. Since your nomination is under a TEER 3 NOC, it’s best to continue using this NOC for your Express Entry profile, provided your duties and qualifications match. As long as your job duties align with the TEER 3 requirements, IRCC generally relies on the province’s nomination, especially if it matches your experience and responsibilities.
Changing NoC code after nomination will impact your PNP application as well as PR application so stick with Noc you are nominated in and continue duties of same .

Yes if your Job duties matches with same TEER code, you can apply CEC however remember you can’t inflate your position or TEER code to match requirements for any program.

Same here!! I got mine on 30th and uploaded on 31st. Still no luck, my work permit expires on 18th of this month. (

Doesn’t matter you gave medical for work permit or any other visa application, it’s still valid. You can give medical exam anywhere in world and it will be still valid .

I have submitted a webform for upfront medical IME details i have mentioned with dependents

So just concerned what is the timeline for response why bcoz we have 30 days to give a latest medical which received .?
