I have an Employer support letter from OINP and applying for closed work permit as my work permit is expiring soon and I haven't received my AOR yet. My employer has given me the 8 digit employment number starting with A ..... to apply for it, but says she couldn't find a receipt for paying the employer compliance fee, am I required to upload that receipt?
Moreover, In my work permit application portal I don't see a place to upload the receipt for employer compliance fee. So is it ok if I skip that?

I didn't pay biometrics fees when I submitted my application. I now find out that I have to give biometrics even when I gave biometrics for my study permit 3 years ago (I'm inland applicant). Is this going to cause any delays on my PR application? Can I pay them and send the receipt through webform or should I wait for them to request it?
So I paid for biometrics and sent a webform on Aug 1st. I got the automatic reply saying they received it and were going to review it.
Yesterday I got an email from an agent saying that I sent a webform to attach a document (the payment receipt) but there was no document attached. My bad, I forgot to attach the file, so I just sent another webform immediately and made sure I attached the receipt.
Just highlighting the fact that I got a response from a real agent two weeks after sending a webform.
July 23 - Submitted my PR application
Aug 1 - Moved to the new address
Aug 2 - Sent a webform to change the address in my application. Because I don't have an application number yet, I only submitted my UCI.
Aug 8 - Submitted a TRV application as my current one is expiring soon (recently renewed my passport). I used my new address in this application.
Yesterday I got this reply from an agent:
We received your enquiry regarding your updated address and it appears that the information on file already matches the one in your email.
So I'm not sure if they actually checked the address on my TRV application (where I entered my new address) instead of the one on my PR application (where I entered my old address cause I had not moved yet). I already had a case two years ago when I moved, sent a webform to update the address on my wife's SOWP application, but the work permit was sent to the old address when it was approved.
Should I just wait to get AOR and an application number to send another webform?
How long dose it takes them to complete the review of the Additional Document uploaded on the secure account?
They have started the review of my additional document on 1st August still it is under review.

You are still under background check and they are still working on your security and info sharing assessment. Info sharing doesn’t take too long but security can take more time .
You can download the receipt from employer portal again. Here are steps to download receipt .
Yes. You can get your receipt in 2 ways:
You can print the transaction receipt after you pay the employer compliance fee. This receipt will show up on your screen after you submit your payment.
You can retrieve your receipt at any time in your Employer Portal account. Look in the “Account messages” section of the Welcome page.
The “Order ID number” on the transaction receipt is the receipt number.
