You receive Pre arrival letter after that you get Ready for visa email. You have to send your passport to local embassy for PR visa stamping. That is one time entry visa and has expiry date .
@Miss bee, thank you for your usual responses. it has been really helpful. I was able to notify IRCC about my new born baby. Baby has been added as a dependent on my application and upfront medical updated. Expecting pre arrival letter soon.
@Miss bee I have received my AOR yesterday and they asked that I upload my biometric fees through the IRC webform https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/campaigns/biometrics/facts.html
I have paid and uploaded the receipt, however I have not received the automated reply by email that my form has been received? Should I submit again? it's been 1 day now? or these type of forms don't send out a confirmation email? thanks
Hi everyone here,
I have a question, I just received a request for medical report for my kid who has not done that before, what should I do?
Where should I submit the file when it is done?
Thanks!

I am an outland applicant..I am concerned because my tracker has not updated at all since March this year..2 days have passed since final decision but no update on tracker still
I just received a request letter for IMM5562: Supplementary Information - Your Travels. It sadi you must declare travel history for each applicant, including any trips back to your home country. I'm very confused because I remember the form asks for all trips you "have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years".
I have two questions, @Miss bee. Thank you for taking the time and helping me with them:
1. While I'm waiting for my AOR, my husband renewed his passport. Should I send a webform to notify them about the new passport, or should I wait to get the AOR and submit through the GC Key?
2. I applied via OINP-International Student Stream. I wanted to know what will happen to my PR process if I lose my job after receiving the AOR. Is there a point in this process where I have the opportunity to find another job in the same NOC, or will my application be withdrawn right away?
I submitted my PR application on April 9th and received the Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) on July 30th. Currently, my application status in the tracker is listed as ‘submitted.’ I have also received my Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL), which I plan to follow through with next week. Could you please let me know when I can expect the status to change, and what the subsequent status update in the tracker might be?
This might be a very stupid question so apologies in advance. I got ADR for three different documents. I have been able to get one of them. From my GcKey account I uploaded one of the documents but when I hit "next" it shows the other two as blank. If I press 'submit' will the IRCC consider the other two documents as 'not submitted' or will I be able to upload the other two documents later on when I receive them. I am too scared to press 'submit' here because I do not want the IRCC to consider the application without the other two documents.
Im planning a long vacation and Im afraid I'm getting the biometric request while abroad, can I take the biometrics in my home country? will that be an issue?
