@Miss bee
I submitted my application on March 21st and recently I gave birth to my baby in Canada. I recently raised a web form mentioning the new change in the family details, but didn’t submit the birth certificate because it may take few more weeks to get the certificate. Is it necessary to add the details of baby if he is born in Canada at this stage? Does this impact my application?

It won’t impact your application as your baby is already Canadian citizen. He is not dependent on your application. You should send birth certificate with webform to update CIC in changes of family composition.
PVO: Primary Visa Office (or Principal maybe)
SVO: Secondary Visa Office
This indicates that the immigration application is being handled at different levels or stages of processing.
Example:
PVO - Etobicoke IRCC
SVO - Vancouver
This likely means that the Principal Visa Office in Etobicoke is working on the application, and the Secondary Visa Office in Vancouver is involved in some additional or supportive capacity in processing.

Thank you! sorry to ask again, but just want to clarify:
The issue is the criminality went from completed back to in progress, and definitely hasn't been more than a year, AOR date was Feb 2024, and Criminality was approved March and started in April. Surprised because I've been here since I was 15
So all I can do is wait until October, correct?
My PVO is winnipeg
