hi,
i have submitted my non express entry in may and got aor and biometrics in sep, my medical got passed same day. i called ircc they said their background check is in process and your eligibility check is not started. my pvo is winnipeg. i did not get pre arrival yet. is it normal not to get pre arrival before background check. and also is there anyone else from winnipeg visa office.
thank you

Hi @Miss bee I have applied through Non EE PNP and passed medical exam Sep 7. It's been 5 weeks now and have not received P1 email. Is this normal? Should I apply for GCMS notes? I know some friends who got the P1 within less than a month some even in 2 weeks. Do you know what's the current processing time to get P1? Thanks

This is pretty normal. You can apply for GCMS notes . You probably going under background checks.

@Miss bee I still have the confusion. I called the ONIP to clarify and officer told me that is part of my husband salary. I let my consultant know about that answer, and she asked as backup to send a webform so we can have a written answer. I did that, the answer was a generic one, they copy and paste the same information about the salary requirements that it is in ONIP website

which is your visa office

I have seen in some forums that people are mentioning their eCOPR number is visible in the tracker. Is there any way to track the eCOPR number? I am in the Portal-2 stage but unable to see any eCOPR information in my application tracker.
