Hello! I have queries regarding the PNP with OINP. I got OINP Masters Graduate Stream Invite which I believe is non-Express Entry PR process. I might be eligible for CEC EE starting May 2023.
I need to understand if going for PNP non- EE will be a good idea right now? I have heard it has long processing timelines.
Also, can I later create an Express Entry profile along with the Non-EE PNP file in progress?
Any response will be really appreciated. Thanks!

You can certainly create Express Entry profile along with the Non-EE PNP file in progress.. For pnp non-express path, If you're lucky, you can get AoR in like 6~8 months, which is what I noticed recently.

If you can spare 2k~3k (Can$), you can proceed with Non-EE PNP for now.. and join us in wait game. and once you're eligible for CEC EE, wait for an EE invite.

Which ever comes first, EE invite or non-EE AoR, go with that - which is the best of both.

If you are able to proceed with non ee PR, then go with it for now, u will never know what could happen till May 23.

Did you pay the biometric fee initially or did you do that recently after receiving the letter from them?

I don't think so, I have three dependents and it took ~16 months to receive OAR

Yes, I received application number and I was able to link my account.

- How long did it take OINP to process your nomination? I Submitted EOI at end of sept. 2021, received nomination on January 2022.
- How long did it take IRCC to give you AOR? Submitted documents on January 2022, Received the emailed mentioned above yesterday.
- What was the document request? Asking my passport bio page because the machine readable area is not clear I believe!

Your timeline is pretty same with my application. Please keep us posted whenever you get email from IRCC, thank you so much.
