How much time will take for PPR?
Hey everyone! just wanted to share my timeline as well. I'm kind of stressed out cause I had just done biometrics for my PGWP in october and didn't think i needed to do them again but I got a "correspondence" letter on my work permit (which was approved Jan 17th, 2023) that says I need to provide new biometrics for a PR application. So I paid the biometrics fee again and sent a web form asking them to link it to my application but they responded saying they can't find it... I'm confused... also i never received an email after I applied. I'm worried this means they don't have it...

Hi! Glad to see another Winnipeg VO! But very sad to tell you my application has stuck in Winnipeg IRCC for 4 months almost. Not even a ghost update. Not sure if that VO is still alive or not.
My GCMS note said Criminality in progress, Security Not started. The tricky part is my Criminality actually was assigned to RC-6262 which is CIO. However my paper file was in Winnipeg.
Hope you are different and lucky! It'll be a huge relief for me to see you have any progress under this damn VO.
Congrats! What are your VOs?
What did they ask in the ADR?
What did they ask in the ADR?
I didn't get any ADR.
Finally journey coming to an end...,.

Thanks everyone who sorted out my doubts and helped me...
Specially
@Miss bee
And I hope everyone get their ECOPR sooner without any problems.
Again thanks a lot !!!!

Hahahahahahaha you're right, I wasn't sure if that VO was real or not.
I'm stuck too.
I did passed Criminality months ago but when they sent my file to Winnipeg it when back to in progress - _-, and security is the same, not started.

Thank you! I am worried since in my Schedule A I stated that I was working for an employer, but the first two months were under implied status. Would this be a problem or would they be able to verify that I was indeed on implied status?

Implied status is considered as legal status .

@Miss bee
Looks like they are checking your eligibility. There is no particular format. Just provide resume including all jobs and history.
Hi@Miss Bee,
I'd appreciate your input. Typically, how much time is required for the security clearance process? Based on my recent discussion with an IRCC agent, all stages have been completed and passed, while security clearance has been in progress since October 10, 2023. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to reach an IRCC agent by phone from outside Canada. Your response would be greatly appreciated.

No specific timeline. If you are lucky few weeks. It they do advance security checks then it can take around 10-12 months or more. If you want to check status of your application, you can request GCMS notes . If you are stuck with security, you should order CBSA notes to see when it was started .
